Employer Partner Certificate

Coca-Cola HBC Croatia was amongst the first companies in Croatia to receive the Employer Partner Certificate for excellence in Human Resources Management, organized by the Internet portal MojPosao and Selectio Group.
The Employer Partner Certificate awards companies for quality in Human Resources Management, which meet standards in following segments and processes:

  • selection and recruitment
  • work, motivation and rewards
  • training and development
  • relationship towards employees

In 2008, we recertified our Employer Partner status for the second time by scoring 99 percent, distinguishing ourselves once again as a company that meets all standards in terms of Human Resources Management.

Cooperation with Universities and Associations

Coca-Cola HBC Croatia encourages cooperation with students through associations and universities throughout Croatia. We cooperate through joint projects, lecture delivered by our experts, workshops, student visits to our offices and production facilities, and student practicums. Thereby, we enable transfer of knowledge, information and skills, providing young talents an irreplaceable source of knowledge and a unique opportunity to gain work experience that will support them in their future professional development.

Since July 2008, Coca-Cola HBC Croatia we are strategic partners with e-STUDENT, a student association that was founded with the aim to connect best students of the University of Zagreb with best companies and employers in Croatia.

We foster our tradition to participate on career fairs, because we have recognized the value of direct communication with students. In direct contact, students have the opportunity to learn about Coca-Cola's selection process and current job openings, while getting all other important and interesting information about the company.
